Working within the Commerce Department, you will analyze proposals for energy infrastructure projects and draft recommendations for the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission. Key Responsibilities:
• Draft analysis of certificate of need and energy infrastructure dockets

Requirements:
• Three years of experience in relevant analysis field
