Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a primary point of contact for IT issues
• Install and manage Windows, macOS, and mobile devices
• Resolve technical problems related to applications and access
• Support Microsoft 365,

Requirements:
• Education in IT or related field with 3 to 5 years of experience
