As an Alert Management Specialist, you'll report to the Manager overseeing your team. You are expected to efficiently monitor real-time safety alerts, manage emergencies, and respond calmly to critical situations. Your technical support and customer service skills are essential in delivering positive client experiences and maintaining safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor personnel safety through real-time alert systems
• Manage emergency alerts per established protocols
• Respond confidently to critical situations




• Provide troubleshooting for triggered alerts
• Inform lone workers of weather hazards

Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in Emergency Management preferred
• Minimum 3 years customer service experience required
• Fluency in French and English mandatory
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
