Key Responsibilities:
• Assess individual support needs for tenants
• Facilitate therapeutic group activities and tenant meetings
• Provide orientation to recent tenants on services and community
• Support housing providers through training and consultations
• Document and report interactions and incidents
Requirements:
• Community college diploma in a relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience in mental health or housing
• Experience facilitating group activities
• Robust interpersonal and communication skills
