Join the State of Minnesota as a Systems Administrator and provide vital technical support in St. Paul. This full time, temporary role focuses on network configuration and software support.
As a Systems Administrator with the State Auditor's Office, you'll deliver technical support across all divisions. Your responsibilities will include installing software, managing user permissions, and troubleshooting network issues. You'll gain valuable experience while learning the technologies used by the Office of the State Auditor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for all OSA divisions
• Install and configure workstation software and Windows OS
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues effectively
• Manage user permissions using Active Directory
• Support Microsoft M365/Office applications
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of IT support experience
• Proficiency in Windows 10 OS installation and configuration
• Understanding of VPN, LAN/WAN, and MFA issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Robust customer service and problem-solving abilities
