As part of Mustangs Sports, you will assist in the training and development of student-athletes, enhancing both their skills and teamwork. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the management of rugby training sessions
• Encourage teamwork and player collaboration
• Provide constructive feedback to improve athlete performance
• Attend required SafeSport and EDI training
• Ensure compliance with safety and sportsmanship standards
Requirements:
• Coaching experience in a competitive setting
• CPR and First Aid Certification beneficial
• Solid communication and leadership skills
• Ability to adapt to scheduling needs
• Current Vulnerable Sector Check necessary
