About the Role
Weare looking fora talented andself-driven GraphicDesigner to joinourteam in thedecorative lighting industry. This role isideal for someonewho combines strongcreative instincts withexcellent technical designskills and enjoystaking ownership ofprojects from conceptthrough completion. You'llplay akey role inshaping our brandacross digital, print, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Designcompelling marketing materials, including catalogs, enewsletters, promotions and support in presentation development to reflect the products’ unique features and perks.

Create engaging digitalcontent for websites, emailcampaigns, social media, and other onlineplatforms.

Produce high-qualityvisual assets,photography/video edits.

Collaborate with the marketing, sales, andproduct teams todevelop creative campaignsandsupport product launches.

Manage multiple projectssimultaneously while meetingdeadlines with minimalsupervision.

Assist in developing a brand guide.

Stay current withdesign trends, emergingtechnologies,



and bestpractices to continuouslyimprove creative output and efficiencies.

Developan understanding of decorative lightingproducts and translatetechnical product informationinto visually engagingcontent.

Qualifications

Proven experience asa Graphic Designerwith a strongportfolio demonstratingcreativity and attentionto detail.

High proficiency inindustry-standard designsoftware, including AdobeCreative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with experiencein Canva, and other relevantcreative tools consideredan asset.

Comfortable in efficiently creating bothprint and digitalmarketing materials.

Experience producing contentfor social media, websites and email marketing.

Solid typography, layout and branding skills.

Basic photography, photoediting, and videoediting skills necessary.

Excellent organizationaland time-managementskills with theabilityto prioritize multipleprojects and work in a team.

Attention to detail mandatory.
