As the Coordinator of Community Development and Partnerships for the CEC Project, your role will focus on building relationships with Career Development Practitioners, community agencies, and government partners. You will facilitate cross-sector initiatives and ensure effective communication among all partners to enhance career services. Your work will significantly impact career practitioners and the job seekers they serve.

Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate relationships with community partners and agencies
• Liaise with Career Development Practitioners and government bodies
• Bridge gaps among community, post-secondary,



and government sectors
• Facilitate initiatives promoting best practices in career development
• Maintain the employment supports website and share information

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Community Development or similar
• Experience in program coordination and administration
• Robust group facilitation and presentation skills
• Knowledge of collaboration practices and information sharing
• Strategic planning capabilities for community initiatives
