In this permanent role, you will oversee the Public Access Defibrillation (PAD) program, ensuring its effective implementation. Your experience in leadership, education delivery, and project management will be crucial in promoting PAD initiatives. Additionally, you will engage with community stakeholders and facilitate CPR/AED training for various organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the PAD program and drive process improvements
• Monitor and resolve safety issues with PMCC
• Coordinate instructors and ensure training quality




• Manage tracking and reporting of PAD sites
• Promote PAD program expansion across the province

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in healthcare and adult education
• Five years of paramedic experience, with leadership roles
• Knowledge of educational concepts in healthcare
• Robust communication and project management skills
• Advanced computer literacy, including MS Office
