As Sales Operations Specialist, you'll report to the Operations Manager, processing a high volume of EDI wholesale orders and managing customer accounts. Your attention to detail and effective communication will coordinate efforts with customers, suppliers, and distributors to ensure fulfillment and timely updates throughout the order status process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process EDI wholesale orders and confirmations accurately
• Maintain and update customer accounts with relevant order data




• Inform sales staff about shipping issues or customer inquiries
• Keep teams updated on delivery dates and order status changes
• Collaborate daily with finance, production, and shipping teams

Requirements:
• Business degree or diploma in related fields
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with Power BI
• Familiarity with ERP systems, notably NetSuite
• Robust analytical, communication, and multitasking skills
