Become an impactful Arctic Sports Instructor with the Yukon Aboriginal Sport Circle. This full time role centers on delivering and managing Native Youth Olympics programs within the community.

You will be responsible for executing Arctic Sports and NYO programming while reporting to the Executive Director. Ideal candidates should have prior experience in NYO or Arctic Sports, along with a solid grasp of Inuit culture. Your background as a volunteer, coach, or manager will be valuable in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver and monitor Arctic Sports and NYO activities
• Plan effective programs that engage local youth
• Report results and feedback for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with volunteers, parents, and community members
• Resolve conflicts and challenges in daily activities

Requirements:
• Background in AS/NYO as an athlete or coach
• NCCP coaching certification beneficial
• Knowledge of Yukon sport systems and Aboriginal contexts
• Robust organizational and interpersonal abilities
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
