Reporting to the FAcT Director, this role requires a strategic leader who integrates multiple stakeholder inputs to ensure the program's effective execution. You will manage Earned Value Management System (EVMS) reporting and coordinate risk management efforts efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and improve governance frameworks for program management
• Consolidate information from multiple projects for integrated performance review
• Generate and maintain EVMS reports and performance dashboards




• Partner with project managers for cohesive schedule management
• Coordinate program-level risk management across project teams
Requirements:
• 8+ years of relevant skilled experience
• 4+ years in project or program management
• Knowledge of EVMS, IMS, and performance analysis
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Project or Jira
• Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
