Your main role? Maintain and improve production start-up practices for new products - a stimulating challenge worthy of your expertise!

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

Optimize process parameters (temperature, cycle time, pressure, etc.)

Program equipment and routers

Support the commissioning and startup of equipment

Analyze technical issues related to processes and propose solutions

Ensure the performance and stability of production equipment

Participate in failure analyses and technical problem-solving

Manage change requests (DDC) related to processes and equipment

Collaborate on the development and industrialization of new products

Support production teams with technical issues

Contribute to process improvement with a focus on performance and robustness

With the following skills and qualities, you'll thrive in this role:

Associate's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field

At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment





Experience with manufacturing processes (thermoforming is a plus)

Knowledge of production equipment and its programming

Ability to diagnose technical issues

Knowledge of CNC routers.
