As a Counsellor, you will be key in delivering behavioural health services and supporting young patients in crisis. Your work will include designing and implementing therapeutic interventions and collaborating with professionals on multidisciplinary care approaches. Experience in a mental health setting is essential to address the complexities of youth with severe disorders, particularly those with eating disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct evaluations and implement behaviour support plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for patient care




• Facilitate educational and therapeutic group activities
• Supervise and support meal programs for patients
• Maintain effective communication with families and support networks

Requirements:
• Child & Youth Worker Diploma or relevant B.A.
• Experience working with adolescents in crisis
• Current First Aid certification required
• Three to five years of experience in mental health
• Proven ability to work on a team in health care settings
