In this full time position, you'll work closely with clients to drive their success in utilizing our advanced SaaS solutions. Responsibilities include managing multiple projects across accounts, mentoring clients, and acting as the primary communication channel between customers and product management. Your insights will help shape product enhancements and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive implementation of Irth's integrity management software
• Coach clients on identifying pipeline threats and objectives




• Submit and assess enhancement request values
• Support clients with best practices in integrity management
• Foster relationships for ongoing customer success

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in midstream/transmission pipeline industry
• Robust grasp of industry regulations (CFR, ASME)
• Experience in data analysis for pipeline integrity assessment
• Preferred familiarity with pipeline integrity software
• Excellent organization and communication skills
