Reporting to the Director, Finance, your focus will be on full cycle accounting for OEG’s real estate operations. You’ll oversee the preparation of diverse financial reports, perform bank reconciliations, and ensure adherence to compliance standards. Your role also encompasses cooperative work with asset management teams to enhance financial accuracy and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• Monitor and reconcile financial records and transactions
• Ensure timely submission of GST returns
• Prepare journal entries and support budgeting efforts
• Review management statements for completeness
Requirements:
• Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Accounting
• At least five years in the accounting field is essential
• CA/CPA Designation will be beneficial
• Proficient with Yardi and Microsoft Excel
• Solid relationship-building and communication abilities
