Key Responsibilities:



• Execute and assess equity and fund orders in a timely manner • Assist in onboarding and rebalancing portfolio activities • Monitor portfolios and communicate changes to managers • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies • Promote a culture of high performance and inclusion

Requirements: • Fully licensed as an Investment Representative by CIRO • 2 years of industry experience in investment management • University degree or equivalent experience required • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Access, and portfolio systems • CIM, CIF, CFA or in process of accreditation
