About the job Remote Data Entry Clerk/File Clerk - Canada

We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk/File Clerk to type information into our database from paper and/or electronic documents. We are looking for a motivated team player with a solid work ethic and the ability to work in a quick paced, office setting. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to multi-task effectively.

Responsibilities:
· Enter variety of data using current technology.
· Respond to general inquiries in a timely manner concerning related activities.
· Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
· Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes.
· Review and enter data updates in the systems.
· Review discrepancies in data received.
· Advise supervisor of issues related to data.

Experience, Education & Skills Qualifications
· Work experience must demonstrate organization, time management, and customer service skills.




· Must be accurate, detail-oriented, and well organized.
· Must have a friendly cheerful presence over the phone.
· Exceptional interpersonal skills, both written and verbal are required.
· Previous experience in the healthcare staffing industry is preferred but not required.
· Demonstrated initiative and enthusiasm for serving our applicants, clients, and caregivers.
· Requires interaction with a diverse population.
· Longevity in employment history a must.
· Must be proactive, take initiative, and work effectively in teams as well as independently.
· Ability to multi-task on several projects and tasks.

Monday-Friday 7 am to 3 pm, plus required overtime as needed.
