This position focuses on developing solutions for wastewater systems, requiring robust mechanical aptitude and the ability to lift and manage equipment safely. As a full time Senior Technician, you will ensure compliance with regulations while mentoring staff and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee equipment handling and operational procedures
• Cut and prepare structural components and PVC piping
• Maintain shop cleanliness and compliance with safety protocols
• Inspect equipment and conduct maintenance
• Communicate production updates to management

Requirements:
• At least 15 years of relative shop experience preferred
• Skilled in mechanical operations, welding, and electrical work
• Ability to interpret technical schematics
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Capable of obtaining government security clearance
