In this in office role, you will supervise operations and perform maintenance tasks critical to data center performance. Key Responsibilities:
• Use electromechanical software to supervise site conditions
• Produce reliability reports to meet availability targets
• Escalate alarms and ensure stakeholder communication




• Provide Level 1 support via a ticketing system
• Communicate ongoing work progress and maintenance status

Requirements:
• Experience in a critical data center workplace
• Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
• Familiarity with BMS and EMS is advantageous
• Bilingual in French and English
• Solid communication skills and high stress tolerance
