Join Raise as the Indigenous Construction Participation Program Coordinator, where you will lead engagement and logistics for participants at project sites in Edson or Hinton, Alberta.

As the ICPP Coordinator, you will manage transportation logistics while ensuring participants are engaged and safely completing their work. Your role requires effective communication and administrative skills alongside experience in construction or related disciplines. You will support participants with onboarding, safety training, and addressing project concerns to create a harmonious work setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive participants to active construction sites
• Oversee daily itineraries and activities in office
• Facilitate discussions regarding environmental practices




• Engage with Indigenous communities about the program
• Support participants with daily reporting and issue resolution

Requirements:
• Minimum two years of related experience required
• Solid communication skills in cross-cultural settings
• Natural Resource Sciences degree or diploma preferred
• Willingness to work a 6-day schedule
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving abstract required
