Key Responsibilities:
• Direct traffic flow of vessels arriving and departing
• Monitor compliance with loading protocols per shipping instructions




• Supervise initial and final draft surveys on barges
• Coordinate between ship crews and port authorities
• Ensure effective execution of cargo placement and rehandling tasks
Requirements:
