Senior Business Analyst – Salesforce (Wealth Management)

Location: Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite

Duration: 12-month contract

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with Salesforce experience to support a large-scale Wealth Management transformation initiative. This role will partner with business and technology teams to gather requirements, support data migration activities, coordinate testing, and drive the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications.
- Support Salesforce implementation activities, including data mapping, migration, and transformation.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Analyze current business processes and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to support solution design and implementation.
- Create process documentation, training materials, and support user adoption.
- Track project deliverables, issues, and requirements using Agile tools such as Jira.

Required Qualifications





- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
- Experience supporting Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud).
- Experience with data migration, mapping, and data transformation activities.
- Robust requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, and coordinating UAT.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and Jira.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have

- Experience within wealth management, banking, or financial services.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, or Financial Services Cloud).
- Understanding of Salesforce configuration, integrations, APIs, and data governance.
- Experience with ETL processes, Data Loader, or reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau.
