HR Business Partner - Learning and DevelopmentA major financial services institution with presence in multiple countries.Base Salary: CAD $85,000 to $95,000.Toronto, Ontario, CanadaWhat you will achieve in this roleAnalyze workforce needs, identify gaps and develop learning & development plans .Create and deliver training programs for onboarding, compliance, leadership and other skills, as required.Connect learning & development to performance management to promote a culture of continuous learning.Assess the effectiveness of training programs and initiatives.Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.Implement HR policies, procedures and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.Address employee relations issues, implement improvement plans and manage conflict resolution.Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies.Support end-to recruitment process.Develop compensation structures,
