Essential Functions:

- Reviewing and processing all incoming and outgoing block transfers for brokers, ensuring accuracy and timely completion;
- Reviewing and processing all internal transfers of business for brokers;
- Working closely with each insurance carrier to ensure timely completion of transfers;
- detailed records and tracking reports using WealthServ, Excel, and other internal systems to ensure data integrity and provide accurate status updates;
- Managing and maintaining advisor documentation and files;
- Handling all transfer inquiries from management, insurance carriers and brokers;
- Collaborating closely with the Contracting team and other departments to ensure seamless processing and resolution of transfer requests;
- Managing and continuously improving the block transfer process, ensuring procedures and documentation remain current; and
- Performing additional administrative and operational duties as assigned to support business objectives and departmental initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years in a customer service-focused environment, with a demonstrated commitment to delivery exceptional client service
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in completing tasks and maintaining records




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with solid problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative and the capability to work independently when required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Working knowledge of industry platforms and applications such as PowerPoint, SharePoint, APEXA, WealthServ, FundSERV, and MultiView is highly desirable

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience; $45,000 to $55,000
