The Royal is seeking a Manager for Patient Care Services at the Brockville Mental Health Centre. This regular part time role demands a leader in clinical and administrative functions supporting Forensic Mental Health Services. You will ensure compliance with nursing standards and develop effective patient care strategies. Your oversight will enhance the delivery of mental health services across all shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership during evenings, nights, weekends
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor staffing and intervene for patient safety
• Assist managers with clinical program needs
• Mentor staff through reviews and management programs
Requirements:
• Baccalaureate degree in Allied Health or Nursing
• Minimum 3+ years clinical experience in acute care
• Recent leadership experience preferred
• Current regulatory college registration
• Complete RAI-MH training upon hire
