Make a significant impact as a Health, Safety and Setting (HSE) Advisor with Sterling Crane in Regina, SK. This full time role focuses on safety leadership, compliance, and mentorship across operations.

In this permanent position, you'll report to the Regional Director and collaborate with Branch Managers and operations staff. With 3 to 5 years of experience in heavy construction and safety-related roles, you will ensure adherence to provincial safety regulations. A solid commitment to safety culture and excellent communication skills will be vital for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct workplace investigations and audits as required
• Monitor compliance using in-house databases
• Collaborate with health and safety regulatory authorities




• Train employees on safety best practices
• Support operations in meeting HSE expectations

Requirements:
• 3 - 5 years' experience in heavy construction
• OH&S; Certificate or related designation preferred
• Knowledge of provincial safety legislation
• Valid Driver's license for company vehicle operation
