As a Maintenance Technician at Boardwalk, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional housing experiences. Your main responsibilities include conducting maintenance requests, performing on-call repairs, and executing preventative inspections. The position requires collaboration with our Customer Care Team to maintain turnover suites and ensure quality service across our properties in Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance requests efficiently within deadlines
• Respond to emergency maintenance situations promptly
• Complete maintenance and touch-ups in vacant suites
• Uphold cleanliness and safety in common areas
• Coordinate suite inspections with the Customer Care Team
Requirements:
• 2 years of maintenance service experience is required
• 3 years of renovation experience preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle
• Solid English communication skills
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 90kg
