In this full time role, you will partner closely with senior leadership, engineering, and operations teams. Your mission will be to broaden Strescon's presence across the Atlantic Provinces and New England. This position requires solid relationship-building skills and familiarity with technical construction products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Travel to maintain and develop contractor and developer relationships
• Develop sales strategies to meet company targets
• Provide technical guidance on precast concrete advantages




• Liaise between clients and internal teams for project execution
• Track sales and potential projects via CRM software

Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in technology or engineering is an asset
• Knowledge of contract drawings and Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
