This analytical role reports to the Sr. Manager, Enterprise Business Planning. You will shape a style and color-level demand plan for assigned sports that directly impacts Nike’s financial goals. With a keen understanding of retail KPIs and advanced Excel skills, you'll manage complex data sets while influencing cross-functional partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver a data-driven country demand plan for assigned sports
• Collaborate with merchandising, sales, and supply chain partners
• Analyze pre-season and in-season prospects for demand forecasting




• Utilize SAP/APO for demand planning and stock management
• Present complex data insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in demand planning or inventory management
• Proficient in Excel; experience with SAP AFS/APO preferred
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 15% as needed
