Reporting to the Director of Business Continuous Improvements, you will lead departmental consultations and manage projects crucial for Campus Services' success. Your focus will be on strategic planning initiatives and facilitating stakeholder collaborations essential for project completion and organizational change across the university.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and document projects aligned with Campus Services’ vision
• Manage all phases of project lifecycles including change management
• Facilitate workshops and focus groups with stakeholders




• Conduct Business Analysis and create relevant documentation
• Ensure quality assurance at every system development stage

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or relevant experience
• Proven skills in managing medium to large scale projects
• Solid communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in Business Analysis and continuous improvement
• Knowledge of customer service standards in higher education
