Magnus is seeking an Industrial Engineer dedicated to optimizing costs and enhancing productivity through Lean initiatives. This role is pivotal in supporting divisional management teams during launches, resource shortages, and critical projects. You will be responsible for analyzing data, facilitating workshops, and managing multiple improvement initiatives to elevate productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement Lean and MAFACT methodologies in manufacturing
• Facilitate process improvement workshops with plant employees
• Share best practices and improvement insights within the team




• Conduct annual assessments and recommend actionable changes

Requirements:
