As a Wellbeing Leader, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing mental health support across the healthcare system. This role requires at least five years of experience with a focus on Critical Incident Stress Response, trauma-informed care, and psychological safety. You'll work collaboratively, embedding equity and diversity practices within programs tailored for all community members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver trauma-informed care within the clinical setting
• Provide Critical Incident Stress Response to individuals and groups
• Develop training programs for healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with various stakeholders for program management
• Assess mental health interventions and workplace stress situations
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ healthcare experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field
• Active membership in a regulatory body
• Solid skills in MS Office and virtual platforms
• Valid Manitoba driver’s license and vehicle required
