In this senior role, you will develop and optimize LOM plans while integrating geological and operational insights into effective strategy designs. With 15+ years of mining experience, you'll provide technical leadership and direction for reserve development and project expansions, engaging with stakeholders across various disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of Life-of-Mine plans aligned with corporate goals
• Direct mine planning studies and economic analysis
• Collaborate with stakeholders for integrated long-range plans
• Conduct evaluations for mining project expansions
• Monitor Joint Venture mining aspects and provide internal reporting
Requirements:
• Degree in Mining or Geological Engineering
• 15+ years at operating mine sites in planning role
• Extensive experience in underground mining
• Familiarity with NI-43-101 mining standards
• Proficiency in mining software: Deswik or Vulcan
