Become a valued liaison for members at the credit union as a Member Service Representative. Assist with transactions, provide account information, and promote our services with professionalism and efficiency.
This position requires a commitment to customer support, where you will greet members, process transactions, and resolve inquiries both in-person and over the phone. With a focus on delivering accurate and responsive service, you’ll play a critical role in enhancing member satisfaction and loyalty. Your responsibilities also include cash handling, appointment scheduling for loans, and promoting investment options.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome members courteously and efficiently
• Process financial transactions accurately per credit union policies




• Provide service-related information directly to members
• Review and maintain accuracy of account documentation
• Promote products and services tailored to member needs
Requirements:
• 6 months to 2 years of customer service experience
• Solid communication and multitasking abilities
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Familiarity with cash handling and computer systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
