As a TELUS Health consultant, you will utilize your solid background in counselling or social work to assess and respond to critical incidents. With a focus on workplace culture, your experience will help stabilize individuals and groups facing traumatic challenges, fostering long-term resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely in office support during critical incidents
• Conduct group debriefings and individual interventions
• Assess workplace situations and guide management
• Adapt interventions to fit workplace culture
• Collaborate with CI Supervisors for effective support
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work
• Active membership with relevant governing boards
• Five years of post-master’s clinical experience preferred
• Completion of CISM training highly preferred
• Availability to respond on short notice
