Reporting to the Manager of Respiratory Therapy, your role involves both direct patient care and leadership in student education. You will utilize your skills in managing ventilation and performing essential airway interventions. Working on interprofessional teams, your clinical acumen will aid in delivering superior patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee ventilation and tube management
• Engage actively with Trauma and Code Teams during emergencies
• Conduct airway management tasks, including intubations




• Deliver timely respiratory therapy across various units
• Guide and support respiratory therapy students
Requirements:
• Current CRTO registration is required
• Degree from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• Hold BCLS certification
• Experience in both Acute and Critical Care
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
