This 13-month role at Project Canoe focuses on managing operations and fostering growth in outdoor experiences for youth. As the Interim Executive Director, you will collaborate with the Board and stakeholder partners while leading efforts for the 50th Anniversary celebration in 2027. Key responsibilities include overseeing fundraising and developing recent initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Board on strategic goals
• Monitor budget compliance and financial health
• Support the recruitment of seasonal program staff




• Enhance brand visibility through strategic outreach
• Execute the 50th Anniversary celebration plans

Requirements:
• At least 5 years’ leadership experience in non-profits
• Demonstrated fundraising and grant writing skills
• Robust marketing and communications background
• Knowledge of outdoor programming is a plus
• Must hold a valid Ontario G driver's licence
