In this role, you will coordinate efforts with education stakeholders at both the cluster and Hospital/Academic Clinical Program levels. You will manage outreach activities, organize COMPASS events, and maintain a comprehensive student talent database. The chance allows you to establish a Career Mentorship Program, partner with clinician-mentors, and help create seamless pathways for aspiring clinicians.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of experience

• Keen attention to detail and organizational skills
