Sales Representative – Fort McMurray

Window Mart Windows & Doors is seeking an energetic, personable, and self-motivated Sales Representative for Fort McMurray and surrounding areas. This is a commission-based position with performance-based earning prospects.

Responsibilities

Attend pre-qualified residential appointments to discuss client needs and assess renovation and replacement requirements.

Obtain accurate measurements and calculate estimates for work required (training provided).

Present and provide information on the company’s products and services.

Develop sales strategies to help achieve company goals.

Independently manage and reschedule appointments as needed.

Make follow-up calls with prospective and current customers.

Build long-term, positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.





Qualifications

Confident and skilled at closing sales.

Robust presentation and communication skills.

Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as a team player.

Effective time management and multitasking abilities.

Resilient and able to maintain a positive attitude after customer rejection.

Consistently match customers’ needs with appropriate solutions.

Requirements

Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Valid driver’s license.

One year of experience as a project manager or in a similar role (preferred, but not required).
