In this Contracts Manager position, you will oversee the commercial and contractual aspects of major projects, ensuring cooperative execution among contractors and stakeholders. Your role will include managing claims and disputes while driving compliance with safety and regulatory requirements throughout the contract lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and execute EPC contracts to successful delivery
• Negotiate contracts and address claims and disputes
• Monitor logistics and manage interfaces across contractors




• Ensure alignment between project execution and contractual obligations
• Support continuous improvement in claims and commercial management
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Commerce, or similar field
• At least 15 years of experience in major EPC projects
• Extensive knowledge of marine construction and claims management
• Familiarity with heavy civil infrastructure projects
• Contract Management certification is a plus
