This full time, office-based Senior Project Manager role involves coordinating all phases of modular construction across various sectors, including commercial and educational projects. You will ensure project plans align with safety and quality while managing design, procurement, and construction phases. Excellent communication and strong organizational skills are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments
• Coordinate design, manufacturing, and installation processes
• Administer contracts and manage change orders and billing




• Lead compliance and inspections with building codes
• Serve as primary contact for clients and stakeholders

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in modular construction project management
• Familiarity with CCDC contract structures preferred
• Robust skills in communication, financial management, and relationship-building
• PMP, P.Eng., or CET designation is an asset
