As part of the Performance Management team, you will report to the Director and spearhead budget management initiatives for improved efficiency ratios. This role demands solid financial modeling skills, an understanding of capital requirements, and the development of dashboards and reports. Work collaboratively to drive data-informed decision making and support ongoing operational efficiency initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recommend cost savings and budget strategies
• Forecast operational expenses and capital expenditures
• Lead functional reviews on operational costs




• Develop management dashboards and reporting tools
• Track operating efficiency initiatives and performance

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in Finance/Accounting role
• Relevant financial services industry experience
• Experience with PowerBI and FP&A; systems
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities
