Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate proposal kick-off and ongoing meetings
• Update and customize proposals, resumes, and project descriptions




• Manage proposal database and files effectively
• Ensure compliance with Requests for Proposal (RFP)
• Assemble, edit, and proofread proposals for quality
Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent experience
• Two years of proposal development experience
• Experience in the mining industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
