Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

robust understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

ability to translate complex business requirements into documentation

proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite

bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

experience in the travel or tourism industry is a plus.
