Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate weekly Step-Work groups for clients
• Monitor and support clients in the women's unit
• Administer medications following protocols
• Ensure client adherence to treatment and rules
• Document all shifts and client interactions
Requirements:
• One year experience with women clients
• Peer Support Worker Certification or willingness to train
• Knowledge of 12-step recovery principles
• Ability to pass a background check
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
