In this crucial role, you will be responsible for developing and executing initiatives that promote Indigenous presence at UTSC. Reporting to the Director, you will facilitate partnerships, manage outreach, and advance programming that aligns with university priorities. Your efforts will be key in addressing equity and fostering diversity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement Indigenous initiatives in alignment with university goals
• Build partnerships with Indigenous communities and stakeholders
• Provide high-level support to the Director
• Coordinate communication and manage project timelines
• Conduct research and manage outreach projects
Requirements:
• University degree required; advanced degree an asset
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Solid understanding of Indigenous issues and equity concerns
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
