Drive project success as a Superintendent on the night shift at Aecon in Campbell River, British Columbia. Oversee construction work while ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all night shift activities, providing leadership to field crews, and ensuring work is compliant with project requirements. You'll also track project costs, assist with resource allocations, and resolve productivity challenges effectively. Your leadership will be key in fostering a culture of safety and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute a Safety-First culture in night operations
• Engage in safety plan development for crew mentorship
• Monitor daily production logs and quality inspections




• Collaborate with Construction Manager on resource needs
• Guide the team to meet production goals and deadlines

Requirements:
• At least 5 years in a supervisory role in construction
• Familiarity with large, multi-disciplinary teams
• Solid interpersonal skills for stakeholder communication
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Required: Valid BC Driver’s License
