You will develop partnerships with division leaders, assist in talent management, and provide valuable insights on HR policies and programs. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic input to operational HR issues
• Develop partnerships with leaders and employees
• Deliver coaching on effective people management
• Facilitate communication between management and unions
• Participate in training and program implementation

Requirements:
• University degree in HR, Labour Relations, or similar
• 5 to 7 years of experience in a strategic HR role
• CHRP designation is preferred
• Robust understanding of HR best practices
• Effective communication skills in English
