As the Education Director, you will oversee curriculum delivery, manage tutoring teams, and enhance student learning outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee high-quality academic programs and curriculum delivery
• Recruit, train, and mentor tutors and instructors
• Conduct observations and feedback sessions for tutors




• Monitor student progress and implement improvement strategies
• Communicate effectively with parents about student progress

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Education or related field
• Minimum 3 years teaching or tutoring experience
• Robust knowledge of British Columbia curriculum
• Preferred leadership or mentoring experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
